Here's a story that one of Willa's teachers at school related to me the other day.
Willa was playing with a small "mommy" doll, making it walk along, and she was talking softly to herself. The teacher leaned in to hear what she was saying, and it sounded like, "A mountain! A mountain!" So the teacher asked her, "Oh! Is the mommy climbing a mountain?" And Willa looked up and said, "Volcano!"
I love that she considers that a perfectly reasonable thing for a mommy to do.
